If so, the match date should be agreed between the 2 clubs, ideally with 2 dates being offered. Dates should not be offered when the opposing team already has a Liverpool League match. (No other reason will be allowed for not accepting a date). Please inform me when offering home venue dates.
Please contact the Sangster Cup Secretary with the agreed match date either by Email or phone (details below)

I will be using Email as my main method of contacting clubs and sending out match dates and score sheets. Completed score sheets can be returned as scanned image via Email within 3 days to Email addresses below.
SHUTTLES
Should be supplied by the HOME team (first name drawn) and costs will be shared as at present.
COURT COSTS
Court fees should be funded by the home team unless the neutral Huyton venue is used when the court costs will be split. The cost of £24 for each team should be sent to the Caroline Clucas (League treasurer) within 1 week of the match.
SCORING

Please give these instructions to your team Captains.
